These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are the terms and conditions of The Art Bridge Kft. (1016 Budapest, Csap utca 5., tax number: 26198020-1-41, company registration number: 01-09-307314, e-mail address: info@artbridge.hu ), hereinafter referred to as Service provider and consumers and non-consumers using electronic commerce services Customer (hereinafter referred to as Service Provider and Consumer, Customer together as Parties) operated by The Art Bridge Kft. www.artbridge.shop applies to orders placed through the website (hereinafter referred to as the webshop, our website) and to contracts concluded between the Parties in the manner specified in Government Decree 45/2014, as well as to the rights and obligations arising therefrom, and sections 6:58 – 6:77 of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) apply.
1. The Consumer can validly place an order in the Service Provider's web store by accepting these GTC.
The automatic system message operated by the web store does not constitute confirmation of the order. Our company excludes liability for:
- in the event of any error in the Internet network that prevents web operation and shopping,
- for the content of data and messages sent on the Internet that do not originate from our company,
- for any program error, technical error or error in our system caused by force majeure,
- for typos and incorrect data on our website
The Service Provider is not liable for any incorrect delivery or delay in fulfilling orders due to incorrect data provided by the Consumer/Client. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the Customer forgetting their password or it becoming available to unauthorized persons.
The order received by the Service Provider and its confirmation are made in Hungarian. The contract is concluded in Hungarian.
The Contract is not concluded by the order placed by the Consumer and the automatic electronic system message (e-mail, SMS) sent in response to it, confirming the order. The contract is not considered a written contract, the contract will not be registered and will not be accessible subsequently.

Shipping fees and deadlines
- The shipping fee is borne by the customer, the amount of which varies depending on the size and weight of the product, as well as the method of receipt (parcel point or home delivery).
- Delivery time is 3-10 working days (Monday-Friday), depending on the ordered product, capacity and delivery date.
- Please always wait for feedback from our colleagues about the status and completion of your order before you go to pick up the product!
- The service is available throughout the country.
- The prices shown are gross prices and include 27% VAT.
Shipping via GLS system
- Delivery takes place on working days between 8 am and 4 pm, your completed orders will be delivered to your home by the appointed courier company. The service is available throughout Hungary and many European countries. You can find more information under Delivery information.
- Please only sign the receipt if you have checked your package, as we are unfortunately unable to accept complaints regarding deficiencies after receipt.
Other information regarding shipping
If our delivery person is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a notification at the customer's address. You can then inquire about your shipment at the phone number indicated on the notification. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the courier service will proceed according to its own regulations when redeliving the shipment.

3. Payment method
As a payment option, online bank card payment is available through the simple and secure online payment solution Simple Pay provided by OTP. The payment process is the same as that offered by similar services by banks: during online payment, the customer enters their bank card details through OTP's SimplePay page and proceeds to purchase the product or service. The bank guarantees the security of the user as a cardholder based on what is described in its own regulations.
The order can only be considered final upon successful bank acceptance of the online credit card payment transaction.

4. Order
The order is www.artbridge.shop page, through the following purchase steps:
4.1. By clicking the “Add to Cart” button on one of the product pages on the site
4.2. By clicking the Proceed to Checkout button, the cart summary will also be displayed.
4.3. Entering the contents of your cart and order quantity
On this page you can see the products added to your cart and the order details: the size of the ordered image, the size of the ordered frame, the unit price, and the ordered quantity. Here you can set the quantity of each image you would like to order.
If you would like to continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” button. This will return you to the webshop pages and you can continue selecting.
By clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button, you will be asked on the Login page to select whether you are shopping as a guest or logged in.
Enter shipping address
After completing your order, you can provide your contact information, shipping and billing address, and indicate how you would like to receive your finished photos (courier or personal pickup). You can indicate your special request in the "Other comments" section.
Order summary
- By clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button, you can see your order summarized once again, now complete with your personal information. If everything is in order, select the "Order" button. Our system will send you an email confirmation of the acceptance of your order.
- By clicking the “Order” button, the system will redirect you to the OTP Bank SimplePay online payments page. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and order. At this point, the order is accepted.
- We offer a quality guarantee for printed products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your finished images, please let our staff know and we will reprint them.
- Our goal at the printing lab is to satisfy your needs and expectations at the highest possible level, which is why we work with the most modern machines and techniques in our printing house to ensure that you really get what you want from us.

5. Warranty and Cancellation
Our service is subject to a warranty obligation pursuant to Section 6:159 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
This contract is subject to the contractual warranty, in accordance with Section 6:171 of the Hungarian Civil Code, which warranty obligation is excluded by the parties. In accordance with the above, we do not assume any warranty for our services.
Withdrawal
If the customer orders, pays, but does not receive and returns the product, or if the customer orders, pays, receives but does not like and returns the product unharmed returns it, Art Bridge Ltd. will refund the full price of the product within 100 days of receipt.
6. The Parties accept the contents of these General Terms and Conditions.
